Amount/timeline
- Refunds must be requested within one week of purchase. No refunds will be granted after one week.
- Refunds are commensurate with the amount of material the learner has completed. For example, if the learner completes 20% of the course and requests a refund within the first week, they will receive 80% in return.
Procedure
- Call 928-717-7332 or email redc@yc.edu to request a refund.
- Provide purchase information: Name, Email, Date, and Course Title
- All refunds of credit card payments will be issued to the same credit card as the original payment. No cash refunds will be given. Please allow up to 30 days for processing of all refunds.
